Now, imagine building a house inside, protected from the wind and weather, selecting material from a large, indoor inventory, sizing and assembling using jigs and solid platforms. Our homes are constructed with 20% to 30% more material than site-built homes (ask your home builder if he can pick his houses up using a couple of straps, and set them back down without playing pick-up-sticks). Our homes are subject to constant oversight and inspections. Our homes are built to the highest standards of energy efficiency. Our homes are built to last!

Our homes are built in a climate-controlled environment, wrapped for weather protection, then set up and made weather tight. Weather damage, as well as moisture problems that can lead to mildew and mold, are minimized. You may want your jeans pre-washed; but not your house!
